Manufacturing Capabilities
Metal Components for Machine Builders
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, CNC bending, MIG/TIG welding, assembly, powder coating, and zinc plating. Typical applications: machine guards, enclosures, frames, brackets, panels, housings. Materials: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
CNC Machining
CNC turning and milling, including multi-axis operations. Tolerances to IT6/IT7, surface finishes to Ra 0.8 µm. Typical applications: shafts, flanges, bushings, adapters, housings, and custom mechanical fittings. Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminum alloys, and brass.
Combined Components
Many machine components require both fabrication and machining — a welded frame with bored holes, a sheet metal enclosure with machined mounting interfaces. We coordinate this within our supplier network, so you receive a finished assembly, not separate parts to align yourself.
Specific machines, tolerances, and capacities are confirmed during the RFQ and qualification phase.
